AUTOMATIC SIMPLE LINE TO PRODUCE WRAPPED RIGID BOXES MAX. 24 cm HIGH.

Automatic simple line to wrap high-quality rigid boxes, composed by:

Automatic paper feeder;

Gluing unit with automatic viscometer;

Manual positioning of the box onto the glued paper with mechanical centering device (motors & sensors);

Automatic centering & traslation of the materials to the automatic wrapping unit by telescopic conveyor tape;

Automatic wrapping unit.

Pick&Place system to move the ready box to the delivery unit.

Moulds for each box’ size can be wooden made and easily installed/removed by a quick-release system.

Materials: paper with gluing surface – max 700 x 1000 mm

Box sizes:
– min. 50 x 50 mm (internal)

– max. 500 x 500 mm (external)
– height min. 20 mm – max. 240 mm

Paper thickness: from 110 gr/m². to 150 gr/m²

Automatic Job-size change over: 3 min.

Mechanical speed: 500 cycles/hour

Production capacity: 350 wrapped boxes/hour
