AUTOMATIC SIMPLE LINE TO PRODUCE WRAPPED RIGID BOXES AND BOOK CASE MAX. 30cm HIGH.

Automatic simple line to wrap high-quality rigid boxes and book case, composed by:

Automatic paper feeder;

Gluing unit with automatic viscometer;

Manual positioning of the box onto the glued paper with mechanical centering device (motors & sensors);

Automatic centering & traslation of the materials to the automatic wrapping unit by telescopic conveyor tape;

Automatic wrapping unit.

Pick&Place system to move the ready box or book case to the delivery unit.

Moulds for each box’ size can be wooden made and easily installed/removed by a quick-release system.

– min. 50x50mm (internal)

– max. 500x500mm (external)
– height min. 20mm – max. 300mm

Paper thickness: from 110gr/m². to 150gr/m²
