Automatic rotative grooving machine for board cases, supplied with a double feeder, grooving unit for “V” and “U” cuts, in-line corner cutting device.

Cardboard sizes:
min. 130 x 130mm – max. 700 x 700mm
max. 1.040mm (width) x 700mm, if manually fed
max. 950mm (width) by double feeder

Cardboard thickness:
min. 1mm – max. 4mm

Tools:
– Nr.8 “V” shape groove from 80° to 130°
– “U” shape groove from 6mm to 8mm (optional)

Wheelbase:
min. 70mm – no limits if grooving blades are installed on two bars

Mechanical speed:
40m/min. (from 40 to 260 pcs/min. according to the cardboard size).
