Automatic rotative grooving machine for board cases, supplied with a double feeder, grooving unit for “U” and “V” cuts and a double delivery unit.

min. 130 x 130 mm – max. 700 x 700 mm
max. 1.040 mm (width) x 700 mm, if manually fed
max. 950 mm (width) by double feeder

Cardboard thickness:
min. 1 mm – max. 4 mm

Tools:
– “V” shape groove from 80° to 130°
– “U” shape groove from 6 mm to 8 mm (optional)

Wheelbase:

min. 70 mm – no limits if grooving blades are installed on two bars

Mechanical speed:

40m/min. (from 40 to 260 pcs/min. according to the cardboard size)
