Automatic machine to thread and glue one flat elastic band onto laying flat agenda and diary cases.

Technical features

Used materials:
– flat covers of agendas, notebooks and diaries already cased-in (max spine 25 mm)
– flat elastic band from 5 mm to 15 mm
– hot-melt glue

Board thickness: 1 mm to 2,5 mm (3,5 mm for foamed cases)

Mechanical speed: up to 14 pcs./min.

Power required: 7 Kw

Pneumatic consumption: 600 Nl/min. (7 bar)
