PLS-EVO 70/120-M

PLS-EVO 70/120-M is the new semi-automatic gluing machine able to feed and glue both paper and thinboard materials to realize linings between paper & cardboard, paper & microwave cardboard, paper & thinboard, thinboard & thinboard and more.

Thanks to its flexibility it’s possible to produce a wide range of products such as cards and coasters, displays and calendars, board games and photo albums, one-piece ring binders and multi-pieces covers, rigid and collapsible boxes, folders and more.

PLS-EVO 70/120-M consists of:

• Automatic high-pile feeder allows you to process sheets, including die-cut ones, in bigger size or smaller than the size of the material to be lined.
• Gluing unit equipped with pump for vinylic glue and glue tank for hot-animal glue with pre-melter and viscometer. The glue rollers are heated internally to ensure stability and continuity to the characteristics of the glue.
• Vacuum conveyor belt with sophisticated and precise “paper sheet searching & centering” device for the material to be lined which allows to work both flat planks and boxes.
• Rolling press calender.
• Delivery unit.
